The youth violence prevention team runs a research lab supervised by Dr. Audrey Hokoda of the Department of Child and Family Development, at San Diego State University. We are dedicated to conducting research that informs the prevention of relationship violence, sexual violence, and bullying among teens and young adults. We feel that this is a worthy endeavor because despite a robust line of research, youth violence remains a problem in today's society and victims of violence are more likely to be victims of numerous health, emotional, and psychological problems. If you are interested in becoming a part of our research team, please download our research assistant application form and send it to email@example.com. We are always looking for good students and researchers to join us! Click on the menu buttons above for more information about the research, lab activities, the research team, and resources.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or want more information about the lab. If you are interested in joining our lab, please download our research assistant application and e-mail it to us.
